I get asked by almost every client why I started shooting boudoir photography. Well, I think the reason I do boudoir photography, is because it is aligned with my main goal in photography. I have always loved to take beautiful images. I love making people feel beautiful. I love the feeling that comes from seeing someone beam with happiness when they see their images for the first time. I love hearing how the experience has changed them. I love that they get to share an intimate moment giving a gift of themselves, and I love that I have helped create that moment. I am very blessed to be doing what I love. I love creating images for people that they will look back on many times throughout their lives. This is something that will stay with them, near and dear to their heart. It is beauty, it is their beauty, and I am so glad I get to help in creating that beauty.
Just was thinking alot about why I do what I do today. No reason really, just trying to focus in on what moves me! And since this post may be a little boring without an image… I will share one from a recent session. I hope to share more from this session later…but for now just one. This one is beauty. This one makes me smile along with her. That is what I wanted… a happy moment that makes you smile, and see her beauty.
