Friday night, February 3rd we hosted an Open House at Columbus Boudoir Studio in Powell, Ohio. It was so fun and I was pleasantly surprised by the turn out. We tried a Friday evening and I am so thankful that all the ladies gave us their evening…and had a fun time at the studio. We had a model getting her makeup done by Meg Morosco, { http://www.makeupartistrybymeg.com} and a demo shoot by myself. It was styled by the amazing Vanessa Celotto, { http://www.youlookvantastic.com} and Van was also helping with video through the night, so we can share with you how we shoot, and how fun the open house is!
We had a fun photocouch set up with Ashley Henry offering her services { http://www.henryphotography.com} check out her page..she also does { http://www.thephotocouch.com} I hope everyone had fun with the photocouch, I didn’t get to see that going on much since I was shooting and talking to everyone! But I love photobooths so much.. which is why I am so glad Ashley came and helped us provide that!
My husband worked the bar, Krystle worked the front room, signing up all the ladies for shoots! And everyone enjoyed champagne, wine, etc… along with some amazing food from Monaco’s Catering! I met Patty from Monaco’s at the Columbus Bride show recently. I talked to them about their services, and was so happy to try them out. They really out did themselves, the food was amazing, and everyone loved it! Patty came out, set up for us, and was able to stay for a good part of the open house. Monaco’s has on and off site catering…an amazing facility…and would be perfect for a wedding, or any special event! Now, I wanted to show the ladies that came, that witnessed the demo shoot… some of my favorite photos from that shoot. It was maybe 10 or so minutes long, so a super fast shoot…just to show ladies how I pose you, how easy it really is..and how we just have fun while we shoot! So enjoy the photos of the lovely model. I won’t disclose her name, as we never name the girls that we post photos of, for their privacy!
