I had the best time working with Mrs. J — she is an amazing woman, great friend, and is also my personal trainer. She genuinely cares about people. It shows in everything she does! She has recently started a new business to help many women reach the best they can be. I wanted to share that… along with some of her boudoir photos, since she graciously allowed me to share a few!

Transformher combines local resources to help women harness “The Power of One” –one positive thought or choice, one compliment, one smile, one healthy meal, one workout, one pound lost, one friend gained. Then, by adding one, plus one, plus one, plus one, each single, seemingly small, positive action equals an amazing, new, life-transforming experience.
Transformher’s goal is to implement a series of positive life changes in every individual in each 90-woman community, and to duplicate that process one community at a time until every woman who desires change in her life, has the opportunity to achieve her highest potential. By connecting women with service oriented businesses in their own towns and cities, Transformher grows local commerce strengthening the actual community as well as providing mentorship for the women who live there. Transformher acts as a positive network of close knit relationships with a culture of measurable change, inversely improving both women and business.
